Good afternoon, Mike- I have been meaning to send you this for weeks, so sitting down to do it now before I forget again! I don’t have my receipt with me, can’t remember the man’s name, but wanted to share with you how very great the service was when I brought my 2016 Kia Soul in for an oil change last month. The gentleman who greeted me and assured completion of my car care, was outstanding! He was professional, extremely pleasant, articulate and obviously very knowledgeable about his work. And enthusiastic! You don’t meet enthusiastic employees very often. I know he is from Glenwood, so I can tell you that much. I commented about him driving so far every day, but he said he loves his work and likes working for you. Normally, taking my car in for an oil change anywhere is an exercise in frustration; it always takes so long which I have never been able to figure out! He made my visit quick and very pleasant. He provided me with some education re: oil changes and car care of which I had not previously been aware. I don’t know how much you pay him, but he is an excellent “face to the public” and you probably need to pay him more. His dedication is obvious and you are lucky to have him!
